I didn’t forget you.  I’ve just been off vacationing in the land of cows.  We’re having a lot of fun, and enjoying lots of ”slow” time.

I decided it was time for a new look around here.  Something less seasonal, and more just me…

There’s still a few things to be done, (when Hombre finds the time),  but aside from a few finishing touches, this is it.

So today is our last day of quarantine, and hopefully (I still have a fear of someone waking with the plague in the middle of the night) we will be off to La-La land tomorrow for our fabulous days at the Magic Kingdom.

This will be the first REAL vacation (as in, not work-related and more than overnight) that we’ve had in six years.  The last time was a week at the beach when Miss A was 3 months old. 

So I’m really excited.

My goal was to have lots of fabulous posts ready to go before we left so I could trick everyone into thinking I was still around,  but, I’m just not that good.  And I thought about taking the laptop along to give you a day by day update of our fabulous adventure, but I’m thinking I could use a break from the internet addiction, so none of that either.

But I’ll be back next week with all the pictures of Disney characters you could ever wish for, so be sure to come back.    Have a great week!

I’ve had some really “deep” thoughts lately that I keep meaning to share, but by the end of the day when everyone is finally in bed, I’m just too tired to think.  Kind of like Miss E in this picture.  I think Miss I gave her a few good whacks, but she never even budged. 

Hopefully I’ll get a burst of engergy soon and really write something, since that was kind of the purpose of all of this.  Try to stick around;)
