Seeing as I’ve already shared my views on current politics, I thought I would hook you up with a few others that may be encouraging on this “big” day.
FYI…I won’t be looking online, turning on the tv, or radio until TOMMORROW. I don’t need that kind of stress!
But be sure to check these out, because like my thoughts, they really aren’t about “politics” as much as they are about Who we serve.
Now Get to It (This is why I was so excited to do a mail in ballot this year!)
And finally, my personal favorite (only because I can relate) Why I’m not Stockpiling
Here’s my verse for today:
Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober,
and rest your hope fully on the grace that is to be
brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
~1 Peter 1:13

This is the same verse I did my devo on this morning!
It’s almost like God still has control of everything or something…weird…;)

Ashley,
I loved the “Why I’m not stockpiling” link!
I remember as a small child knowing about 1988 and thinking that was the year I would graduate from high school. But if that wasn’t the end, 2000 surely would be! So here we are…and we move forward. Whether we agree with who was elected or not, I think we must celebrate the fact that our country was able to choose a candidate despite the color of his skin! Boy has our country evolved over the past 100 years!
