This weekend Grammy and I took the girls to visit the pumpkin patch. I love doing this in the fall, in large part because I want some glamourous Pumpkin Patch Pictures!
Well, here’s our most impressive pumpkin shot…

Tragic isn’t it? Oh well, I tried.
Actually we did get some really fun pictures, and we had a really grand time, even though our fall weather disappeared and it was a little warm out.

We met Rudy, the MAMMOTH donkey. The picture doesn’t even capture it…he was GIANT!

I love this shot. The girls had a blast finding a way through the corn maze. Miss A was our leader.

Miss I wouldn’t stop saying “ball”.

Miss A got to show off her strong arms.

After crying for fear of a scary ride, Miss E loved the train ride.
Everybody had fun, and we were ready to leave about the time the crowd showed up. Perfect!
I keep forgetting to show you guys what I came up with as a solution to this problem.
My original signs made me want to crawl in bed and HIDE under the covers…here’s a look:

You may think you have nice handwriting; my suggestion is write something in black sharpie and hang it on your wall. Then see what you really think.
SO, my solution…….drumroll………

I printed signs on my computer with pretty little borders. They look tidy, uniform, and I can breathe again. Yay!
Thanks for all your suggestions
For your weekend entertainment…
This baby talk is a little of control, but a hilarious concept.
A birth and a rebirth is very touching, and a great insight to the impact of a popular “moral issue”.
This post about lives worth living is awesome! DEFINITELY read this one.
If you’ve been following McMama and baby Stellan’s story, this post is really exciting.
FINALLY, I saved the best for last…you HAVE to read it! Here are ten reasons skirts are better than pants.
Don’t forget to leave a comment if you check any of these out. I have great hopes of you enjoying my precious links
Miss I has decided she’s all grown up. At 18 months, she no longer needs help from anyone for anything.
It’s great.
This is how I found her the other day.

I tried to encourage her to sit in the plastic drawer instead of standing on it.
She looked at me with quiet determination, climbed out, flipped the drawer back over, and climbed right back on top.
*sigh*
I might add this is a mild example of her climbing antics lately. I think she’s determined to keep my blood pressure at an all time high.
On a more encouraging note, her independence has led to relatively successful use of a spoon! That’s been fabulous!
