I know that sometimes I like to veg out and watch tv, so sometimes that's ok. It is pretty much the only time my daughter stops moving, so sometimes we both need that time! Also, I love the B Bears. My fave PBS show. My girls also watch Fetch and Word World. And we haven't drunk juice in awhile being that I'm trying to cut out extra sugar. Moderation is key.
